Pirouz Dilanchi is one of the talented representatives of modern southern poetry. He is also
hot propagandist of common Azerbaijani literature. While he was in other part of Azerbaijan,
his poems were often broadcasted in the Azerbaijan radio and met with deep respect of audience.
He also functioned effectively in publishing of Soviet Azerbaijan poetry in Arabic. After coming
to the northern part of motherland, Pirouz Dilanchi continued his creativity with new zeal and
energy. His activity in the “Literature and Art” newspaper deserves special appreciation. For
me, Pirouz Dilanchi absolutely deserves reliance due to his abilities of creativity, art and
sincere behavior as well.
